Hi. I'm your host, Jannine. I've been hosting with AirBnB since August, 2021. As a superhost for 4 years in a row I understand what my guests need and work with the best cleaners and housekeepers in the business to deliver a world-class stay. As a Jamaican who has travelled to 33 countries and stayed in hotels, villas and bed and breakfasts in over a dozen countries I try to use the best practices of comfort, space, convenience and responsiveness to delight my guests and it shows. As a business owner, I must say that the majority of my guests have been a pleasure to work with, however, I am not a pushover :-). I will be tough, but fair, as I have seen a lot of disturbing behaviors in the hospitality industry and no, the guest is not always right.
